Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a Product  [please mention the issues], Gabbar Chai will try and to provide another similar Product in exchange if the Product is available in stock. In case if the product is not currently in stock, we will schedule a return for the Product and process the refund of the amount paid by you. in your bank account Any such request must be made Gabbar Chai Support at hello@gabbarchai.com. All such requests must be made within ten (10) days of the date of receipt of the Product by the customer. No such request shall be entertained after 10 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Refunds

In response to your request and if it is eligible for refund and not exchange, Gabbar Chai will credit the amount paid for the returned Product to your original payment mode that you used to make the original purchase. We will initiate the refund as soon as the Product is received in our warehouse. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your bank. If you have not received your refund after 20 days of Product pick-up, please contact us at hello@gabbarchai.com
